Q: Is TrustPass certification legally required?
A: No. TrustPass is voluntary certification. It signals trust and credibility to your clients, vendors, and partners.
Q: What happens if my application is rejected?
A: You will receive a detailed reason. You can address the issues and reapply. Fees are non-refundable after verification has begun.
